CUSTOM REGULATIONS
TRAVELLERS FROM THE CANARY ISLANDS TO THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN
For the purposes of importing merchandise and goods bought in the Canary Islands into the United Kingdom of Great Britain, the Canary Islands are not considered members of the European Union.
Duty free allowances for over 17´s are as follows:
Tobacco products: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos, or 50 cigars, or 250 grams of pipe tobacco.
Wines and Alcoholic Drinks: 2 litres of Wine, 1 litre of spirits or liquor with a strength of over 22%, or 2 litres of sparkling wines.
Perfumes: 250 c.c. of toilet water.
Merchandise, gifts, souvenirs: Nothing whose overall value exceeds 145 Pounds Sterling.
